breakfast- toast with pb fiber plus bar- 400
lunch- puffins-90, 1/4 chicken tortilla-150, apple-120, 260
total so far- 660
options for after school- choose 2
salad with feta cheese and italian dressing- about 300-400
cottage cheese and apple- 250
ricecakes and low fat cheese- 150
fiber plus bar- 140

bad day- had about 1800 calories in mostly pasta/lasagna and only ran 2.25 miles D:

Can’t believe I ever gave up. I ate pretty well today, although I did have have a slice of cold pizza today >.< and i ate over my limit. I didn’t really count but im guessing around 1600? I also ran 3.75 miles on low incline.
not a bad day I guess.
I decided I’m not going to weigh in till Saturday. I’m also really nervous for Feb break coming up because I usually...
